From the base stations of The Village at Palisades Tahoe, Washeshu Creek and Alpine at around 2,000 metres, chairlifts and gondola lifts provide access to the winter sports resort and its eight peaks. The two highest peaks are Washeshu Peak (2,708 metres) and Granite Chief (2,745 metres). The extensive resort impresses with a very diverse selection of slopes: from high-alpine runs between cliffs to gladed runs, it has everything you need for skiing and snowboarding. There are several moving carpets in the valley for children and beginners. The ski resort also offers easy slopes in the area around High Camp (2,500 metres). Experts and freeriders can find demanding terrain for skiing and snowboarding in the higher area in particular. The winter sports resort of Palisades Tahoe also caters to freestylers with large terrain parks. During your day on the slopes, you can enjoy beautiful views of the deep-blue Lake Tahoe.
