Funslope in the Snowpark Zermatt

This winter season, young and old winter sports enthusiasts can look forward to an action-packed new downhill run. In the Snowpark Zermatt a Funslope will be created, which has a lot to offer for beginners and advanced skiers. Tunnels, hills, small jumps, rapid steep curves and all kinds of obstacles can be skied on this creative route. So tighten your ski boots and off you go.

New ski pass product: Flex ski pass 5 out of season

From the 2019/20 winter season onwards, Zermatt Bergbahnen AG will be offering its guests a new flexible ski pass product. With the Flex season pass, the Matterhorn ski paradise can be used 5 times during the winter season. All Flex ski passes are available online at www.matterhornparadise.ch

The world's highest 3S cableway

The new lift combines cutting-edge technology with top-class design. This enhances ride comfort, makes the cableway more stable, minimizes essential maintenance work and increases the service life of the individual components – an outstanding technical achievement.

Hours Card

Should the day of skiing be short, only one or two hours? Then the Hours Card is the right thing to do. Within one, two or three hours one receives a partial reimbursement upon the return of the ski pass at the ticket office. The shorter the stay on the slopes, the greater the repayment is.

Easy SkiCard

Only pay for those mountain sections that are used. This is the motto of the new Easy SkiCard. This means: you can download points online and off you go. The more points you download, the more you can profit from the price advantage. A point deduction is made on the Easy SkiCard points account each time a ski lift is used. At the end of the ski day, winter sports athletes are then sent detailed daily usage accounting by e-mail.

The lower section of the Dorf slope in the Rothorn - Sunnegga section was previously a bottleneck. It has now been expanded and a separate pedestrian path has been added. Great for great curves down to the village.

Take a deep breath and enjoy the southern side of the Matterhorn in relaxed curves.

The restaurant located at 2571 m above sea level presents its new concept as a lounge bar with a large terrace as of the new season. A cozy and modern atmosphere for sun lovers with more entertainment, larger drinks and a small, yet finer menu.

More room on the Sonnenecke

The largest wait-staffed mountain restaurant in Zermatt, the Restaurant Sunnegga, provides more room for its guests. With the reconstruction into a self-service buffet with a modern and tested design, the waiting times for hungry skiers have been reduced.
