Beginners can find some very good places to learn to ski in the base areas.
In Vierschach, there is a 2-person chairlift and a tow rope. In Sexten/Waldheim and Bad Moos, there are button lifts for beginners. There are also easy slopes on the Helm and Rotwand. The valley runs are not recommended for absolute beginners. More advanced beginners can explore most of the entire ski resort on easy slopes. There is usually a means of avoiding difficult sections.
