Children and families Åre/family offers Åre

The ski resort of Åre is very family- and child-friendly. The Åre Björnen area is designed specially for children and includes several children's areas and lots of easy slopes. There is even a special snowpark for kids here. The Funslope in Rödkullen is great fun for the whole family. The snowman Valle is always out and about in the ski resort and happily greets children. There is even a special piste map for children.

Valletorget

The Valletorget children's area is located in Åre Björnen and features several moving carpets and access to a button lift. Children have a chance to meet the snowman Valle here several times a week. It also organises other activities for children.

Björnlandet

The Björnlandet is located in Åre Björnen and, as well as an easy slope with slalom runs and a race slope, also includes a fairy-tale forest. Children can meet a family of bears and explore different play stations in this fairy-tale forest.

Skidland Rödkullen

The children's area in Rödkullen has a moving carpet and several button lifts. The easy slopes are a great place for children to practise. There are fun figures and a toboggan hill.

Valles Aventyrsbana

The adventure slope leads through the forest near Rödkullen and features interesting stations for children. Obstacles turn the run into an adventure. An LED light illuminates the slope.
