Ski lifts/​ropeways Alpe Cermis – Cavalese

From the village of Cavalese (1000 m), you take the Cavalese-Fondovalle 8-person gondola down to the bottom of the valley (Fondovalle). This is where the slopes of the Alpe Cermis ski resort end. The 8-person Fondovalle-Doss dei Laresi gondola lift then takes you up to the Doss dei Laresi middle station. Here, you must transfer to the modern Doss dei Laresi-Cermis 8-person gondola lift which takes you up to almost 2000 m to the Cermis mountain station. Up on the Alpe Cermis, three detachable (high speed) chairlifts (one with weather protectors) provide access to all of the slopes. A pommel lift and a people mover are available for beginners.
