1/8 Ski lifts/ropeways Alpe Cermis – Cavalese
From the village of Cavalese (1,000 m), you first take the eight-seater gondola lift Cavalese-Fondovalle down into the valley floor (Fondovalle). This is where the slopes from the Alpe Cermis ski area end. The eight-seater gondola lift Fondovalle-Doss dei Laresi then takes you up to the mid-station Doss dei Laresi. Here, you need to change lifts, and then the modern eight-seater gondola lift Doss dei Laresi-Cermis takes you up to almost 2,000 m to the Cermis mountain station. At the top of Alpe Cermis, three detachable (fast) chairlifts, one of them with weather protection covers, provide access to all the slopes. A platter lift and conveyor belts are available for beginners.
