The 4-star Superior Hotel Fire & Ice opened in September 2011. It is located right next to the slopes of the Alpenpark Neuss. This sports and seminar hotel with 79 rooms has 13 themed rooms and suites with decor inspired by the world's most beautiful mountain regions. From the Himalayas to Kilimanjaro, the Rocky Mountains, Aspen, Hochkönig, Bavaria, Mozart, the Alpen glow to the top suite - the Fire & Ice Suite offering 100 square metres of luxury and a sublime view over the Lower Rhine. Guests can also enjoy a direct view of the snowy slope from the sauna. A mountain breakfast is served directly at the foot of the “Neuss Glacier”. Over 1,000 square metres of conference space with 13 seminar rooms of different sizes equipped with state-of-the-art facilities also make the hotel an interesting option for a conference venue. At the end of 2018, twenty-two exceptional BaumChalet ‘tree chalets’ were introduced to complement the accommodation at the Hotel Fire & Ice in the Alpenpark Neuss. Offering all the comfort of a 4-star superior hotel, the BaumChalets are situated in existing woodland directly adjacent to the Neuss ski hall. Additional accommodation is available in nearby Neuss.
