The small Altglashütte ski resort near Bärnau is located near the Silberhütte/Zlaty potok cross-country center on the ridge of the Bohemian Forest (700 - 900 m). In addition to the lifts and slopes for skiing, the winter sports region offers 42 km of cross-country and skating trails, some of which have snow-making equipment. There is also plenty of parking, changing rooms, showers as well as a laser biathlon facility.
