The fully-automatic snow-production system on the Arber is one of the most modern in Germany. All of the machines are connected to a central control system in the base station. This enables optimal ski conditions to be achieved within a short time period when temperatures are below zero. The resort has very high snow reliability because it is the highest ski resort in the Bavarian Forest and also because of its modern snow-making facilities.
