The Schlossalm-Angertal-Stubnerkogel linked ski area connects the villages of Bad Gastein and Bad Hofgastein. You can ski ideally from one village to the other and back again. The majority of the slopes in the ski resort are easy and intermediate, but there are also some short black slopes and one ski route. The slopes are exceptionally wide and ideally integrated into the landscape. The Schlossalm in Bad Hofgastein is home to one of the longest runs in the Eastern Alps.
There is a very large children’s and beginners’ area in the Angertal valley. Sporty highlights such as a fun slope, Skimovie runs and snows parks provide additional options. As well as skiing, the attractions on the Stubnerkogel also offer spectacular views: a suspension bridge at 2,300 metres, the Glocknerblick and Talblick viewing platforms and the Rock Trail (Felsenweg).

Suggested routes through ski resort
- The Infinity Loop: endless skiing! In theory, you could ski the loop for ever. The dream of endless skiing could be reality on the four valley runs in Skigastein. The Infinity Loop links Bad Gastein and Bad Hofgastein as well as Stubnerkogel and Schlossalm and covers over 4,000 vertical metres.
