The linked ski area includes some black runs on the Stubnerkogel. Experts can also have a blast on one of the longest runs in the Eastern Alps. “Die Nord” covers an altitude difference of 1,440 metres and is 10 kilometres long. A secured ski route runs alongside the Kaserebenbahn lift from the Schlossalm into the Angertal valley. Depending on the conditions, this can be either a powder slope or a mogul run. There are numerous opportunities to explore unsecured terrain on the Schlossalm and Stubnerkogel. A Freeride Checkpoint has been set up at the mountain station of the Kaserebenbahn.
