    The Bald Mountain ski resort in Sun Valley has one of the most efficient snow-making systems in the USA. Snow-making began here back in 1974. Artificial snow can be produced on the main slopes from the mountain down to the valley. Its high altitude makes the ski resort very snow-reliable. The season always runs from the end of November until Easter.
