Beginners Balderschwang – Hochschelpen/Riedberger Horn
Beginners will find what they are looking for at Balderschwang. A tow and a pommel lift (Gschwend lifts) with easy and wide slopes are found directly at the village. At the base station of the Schelpen lift, there is the Höfelealp beginner lift. Beginners can also ride up to the Schelpen on the quad chairlift and ski down on the long Familien run to the base station. The Hochschelpen lift is also ideal for beginners and provides access to some easy slopes in the upper part of the ski resort. At the base station of the Riedberger Horn, beginners will find their territory at the three practice lifts. However, the peak of the Riedberger Horn and the connection to the Schelpen are taboo for beginners.
