Ski lifts/​ropeways Belalp – Blatten

From the base station in Blatten, you can take either a modern 8-person gondola lift up to Chiematte or a cable car up to Belalp. 4-person and 6-person chairlifts then transport you to the slopes around Schönbiel and Hohbiel. Tow lifts lead to the Hohstock at 3,118 metres and the Sparrhorngrat at 2,880 metres. In the Hexenland (Witches’ Land), a tow lift provides access to a beginners’ slope and the Färrich button lift provides a link from the Aletschbord to the Belalp. Moving carpets are available for families, children and beginners in the Hexenland.
