Access, Parking Belalp – Blatten
The ski resort of Belalp is located in Valais above Brig. From Brig, a well-constructed mountain road leads to Blatten and the base station of the Belalp lifts. In Blatten, there is a multi-storey car park, day parking spaces and a Park and Ride car park which is linked to the base station by a free sports bus. No cars are permitted in Belalp. Vehicles are left at the base station in Blatten and a charge applies for parking there. The resort can be accessed from several directions by car.
From Germany/Basel/Berne: via Basel–Berne–Thun–Kandersteg (Lötschberg car train)–Goppenstein–Brig
From Germany/Zurich: towards Gotthard–Andermatt – Furka car train (Realp–Oberwald) – continue through Goms towards Brig
From West Switzerland: via the A9 from Lake Geneva towards Brig
From Milan, Italy: over the Simplon Pass (open all year round) or take the Brig–Iselle car train

The Furka Pass and the Oberalp Pass are closed in winter. From the north and west, take the Furka car train (Realp-Oberwald) or the Lötschberg car train. From there, the post bus takes you to the ski resort.
