The ski resort of Belalp has runs of all difficulty levels on mainly treeless slopes. Only the valley run passes through wooded terrain on the way down to Blatten. One highlight in the ski resort of Belalp is the Hohstock with its impressive views and unforgettable runs. You pass through a ski tunnel to the west side and endless powder slopes. The Sparrhorn and Kelchbach chairlifts take you to additional highlights, including a snowpark, funslope, a time measurement course and a wave run. For the finishing touch, there is the free of charge Hexenland (Witches’ Land), where children and beginners can learn to ski for free in an area of around 40,000 square metres. From the slopes, skiers and snowboarders can almost always enjoy panoramic views of the Matterhorn.
