The Hohtann cross-country center is located 3 kilometers from the gondola lift. At the Scheuermatt parking lot, there is a heated common room, a waxing room, a shower and toilet available for winter sports fans in the Hohtannhuette. In total, the cross-country center offers about 40 km of trails of all difficulty levels and there is a connection to the Notschrei trail, which goes all the way to the Feldberg. Groomed trails lead through snowy forests and open heights with views all the way to the Alps. The 100 km long Black Forest long distance Schonach-Belchen trail also travels through the Belchen area. Cozy mountain restaurants and Alm huts welcome guests to relax along the way. Once a week on Wednesdays, cross-country skiers can also enjoy the Drescher trail after sundown.
