Bergeralm is the largest ski area in the Wipptal valley and is considered a medium-sized ski resort. It starts to the west of Steinach am Brenner. The base station is located below an impressive bridge on the Brennerautobahn motorway. The middle station is the centre of the ski resort with restaurants, a children's area and a beginners’ area. In the upper area, the slopes are located on the sides of the Nößlachjoch (2,231 metres).
