The Brandnertal offers many nice and cozy ski huts. There is no mass food production. The hut employees are very motivated and enjoy spoiling their patrons.

Palüdhütte
On slope No. 5 from the mountain station of the Gulma lift to the Palued lift.
The ski hut with the longest tradition in Brand. Sabine and Christian Beck serve freshly prepared daily menus in the cozy hut or on the sun terrace. The specialty of the house is Topfenlasagne mit Vanillesauce und Pflaumenröster (a cheese pastry dish with vanilla sauce and roasted plums) - should definitely not be missed!
Rufana Alp
On the Buerserberg at the Einhorn II lift
This popular ski hut is a highlight with its aged wood, open fireplace and special ambiance. During the winter, there is a fondue evening every Friday (must reserve ahead) and every Thursday, Après-Ski until 8 PM.
Berghof Melkboden
At the mountain station of the Palued lift in Brand
The rustic Melkboden Alpine restaurant offers traditional homemade specialties such as Kaiserschmarren and other Austrian dishes at fair prices.
Fuchsbau
Slightly above the base station of the Loischkopf lift in Buerserberg
Family-run, cozy ski hut with homemade specialties and nice view of the mountain landscape from the panorama sun room.
