There are 3 large and very attractive children's areas in the valley in Wegscheid and at the base station of the Brauneckbahn lift. These areas allow children to discover a love of skiing under the professional guidance of the local ski schools. Families also appreciate the directly adjacent easy slopes in the base area. Children who are more advanced skiers will enjoy the four kilometre Familienabfahrt (family run) with 100% snow-making capabilities, from the mountain station of the Brauneck cable car to Wegscheid. The 6-person chairlifts have child-safety systems. Thanks to the family ski pass, skiing enjoyment is affordable for the whole family.

KinderSkiZirkus Villa Lustig
The KinderSkiZirkus Villa Lustig is probably the most well-known children's ski area in the Bavarian Alps. Lots of moving carpets and tow ropes provide access to the fun ski area located directly at the base station on the Jaudenhang slope in Wegscheid. Junior skiers are ideally catered for in this enclosed area. They can also have lots of fun here with a snow carousel, a slide and snow-tubing run. It is right next to the Jaudenstadl with its sun terrace.
Kinderland children's area of the Michi Gerg ski school
In the ski school’s own enclosed children's area with tow rope, magic carpet, fairy tale forest, carousel, teepee tent and many other fun elements, ski instruction is presented in a fun and child-friendly manner. The children's area run by former ski racer Michi Gerg is located at the base station of the Brauneckbahn lift and is ideal for children.
KinderSchneeLand (children's snow land) on the Draxlhang slope - run by Lenggries ski school
The KinderSchneeLand is located on the Draxlhang slope in Wegscheid and has moving carpets and many ski instructors from Lenggries ski school. It offers an ideal introduction to skiing.

The small children's area with a people mover is located at the base station of the Brauneckbahn lift.
