Chalet du Sommet
On Mt. Brome at 553 metres
The Chalet du Sommet, which reopened in December 2019, is located directly on the summit. There are several culinary outlets here, including Le Daffy, the Bistro L’Escale and Le Comptoir. The selection ranges from fresh pastries to sandwiches, tartes flambées, quiches and pasta dishes. The highlight is, of course, the view of the Monteregian Hills and the Appalachian Mountains. The sunset up here is not to be missed.
Bistro-bar La Débarque
At the base station in the Chalet du Village
La Débarque serves a good selection of food and drink. Friendly staff serve Canadian specialities. Après-ski starts here in the afternoon.
