    Cross-country skiing has a very long tradition in Cortina. Scenic cross-country trails can be found around Cortina d’Ampezzo. These are a few kilometres from the Olympic town. The cross-country trails from the Fiames Nordic Center to Toblach, at the Passo Tre Croci and in Misurina are very popular. Some of the cross-country trails are in the Ampezzo Dolomites Natural Park and offer beautiful views of the Dolomites. Cortina is part of the Dolomiti Nordicski.
