The luxurious Deer Valley ski resort offers varied terrain for skiing and is located right next to Park City in Utah. It is only 45 minutes or so from Salt Lake City by car. The winter sports resort has lots of top-class restaurants and accommodation, from luxurious ski-in/ski-out lodges to high-class hotels. Deer Valley is one of the few ski resorts in the USA that does not allow snowboarders on its slopes and concentrates exclusively on skiers.
