    The Dollar Mountain ski resort in Sun Valley has one of the most efficient snow-making systems in the USA. The slopes at the Dollar, Quarter Dollar and Half Dollar lifts have artificial snow production capabilities from the mountain right down to the valley. Only the Elkhorn area relies on natural snow. Its high altitude makes the ski resort very snow-reliable.
