The ski resort of Filzmoos is located in the north-east of Pongau in the Province of Salzburg, at the foot of the Dachstein and Gosaukamm. It is around 70 kilometres south of Salzburg and the drive takes around 50 minutes. From the A10 Tauernautobahn motorway, Eben im Pongau exit, a state road leads to Filzmoos. The entry points to Neuberg and Filzmoos are just 8 to 11 kilometres after the exit. Free parking is included in the ski pass. Entry from the sixpack Mooslehen 6-person chairlift is recommended for day visitors.
