The ski resort of Furano occupies a relatively central location on the Japanese island of Hokkaido. It can be accessed easily on well-constructed and cleared roads from all sides of the island. Sufficient free parking is available at both base stations. Buses also provide a public transport link. The Hokkaido Resort Liner runs several times a day from Sapporo and New Chitose Airport to the ski resort of Furano.
