Advanced skiing, freeriding (powder snow skiing) Gargellen
Advanced skiers are well provided for at the Gargellen ski resort. There is also a lot of powder snow to explore. Two difficult slopes and many ski routes will make experts' hearts beat faster. The variation runs including Nidla (500 vertical meters, right next to the slope, north-east exposure), Spielmannkopf and the Madrisa steep slope are very popular among freeriding fans. Due to the high elevation, the ski routes are very snow reliable and provide optimal powder conditions until spring. The Gargellen ski resort is also an ideal starting point for ski tours.
