The slopes in Vals are particularly suitable for beginners. The gradient and width of the easy slope at the Schilling gondola lift in Vals are perfect for beginners. The easy run at the Tasa button lift provides variety in Vals. There are also blue slopes at the two village lifts in Meransen. In the ski area on the Gitschberg, beginners can have fun on an easy wide slope in the top area of the Ski Express 10-person gondola lift. It can be accessed easily from Meransen on the gondola lift. The other slopes are not ideally suited for beginners. The ski schools have their own areas with moving carpets.
