Every night, perfectly trained snow cat operators in the ski resort of Gitschberg Jochtal ensure ideally prepared slopes for the next day. The climate is very favourable for excellent slope preparation - compact snow made in South Tyrol!
General note: By new snow, an optimal slope preparation is not always possible, even with a large effort. In addition, the new snow can not combine with the snow lying underneath and moguls are created quickly. For safety reasons, usually no slope preparation is possible during operating times.
