There is a very good practice area around the base station in the ski resort of Hochkössen. The easy slopes at the moving carpets, the tow rope and the button lift are ideal for learning. There is even a special reduced price ski pass for the practice lift in the valley. The ski school children's area is also located at the base station. All lifts in the ski resort can be accessed on easy slopes. The easy Hornabfahrt run at the Gipfellift is a particularly nice slope. The easy Familienabfahrt run down to the valley is very suitable for children and beginners, despite some narrow track-like sections.
