There are slopes of all difficulty levels in Hochoetz. Beautiful runs through forest glades lead down to Ochsengarten and to the Acherkogelbahn lift section II. In the Balbachtal Valley, you ski on wide, treeless slopes. Since 2020, a new black slope has provided a perfect link between the ski areas in Balbach and Ochsengarten. Easy slopes can be found around the Hochoetz mountain station and at the Mohrenkopf and Balbach chairlifts. There is no valley run down to Oetz, but several runs lead to Ochsengarten.

Since 2020, it is possible to ski directly from the mountain station of the Wetterkreuzbahn lift to Ochsengarten. Thanks to the new black slope number 14.

Highlights

Public race course - free of charge
At slope No. 1 (Brunnenkopf Süd slope), there is a permanent race course. This can be used free of charge by ski clubs, ski groups and all other skiers.
