The village of Oetz offers a wide selection of accommodation. There is some accommodation close to the base station of the Acherkogelbahn lift. Otherwise, ski buses take you to the base station. Ski buses also provide ideal links from Habichen, Piburg and Sautens. Since there is no valley run to Oetz, you need to take the Acherkogelbahn lift up and down the mountain.
The Ochsengartenbahn lift starts in the village of Ochsengarten and there are hotels, holiday homes and bed & breakfast accommodation at the base station. Three huts also offer accommodation in the actual ski area: Bielefelder Hütte, Kühtaile Alm and Balbachalm. If you're looking for something special, the Schneedorf (Snow Village) is the ideal choice. You can stay the night in an igloo here at 2,000 metres. Nearby upmarket hotels in the 4* Superior category are the hotel habicher hof, Posthotel Kassl and Ritzlerhof.
