Hochzeiger is the first ski resort in the Pitztal Valley. The Inntal side valley branches off at Imst. The resort can be accessed from the Inntal motorway or the Fern Pass. There is no toll to pay on the Fern Pass when travelling from Kempten/Füssen and Garmisch-Partenkirchen. A relatively narrow mountain road takes you up from Jerzens to the base station at 1,450 metres in the district of Liß. There is sufficient free parking here and a free car park shuttle bus. Free ski buses also run from all Pitztal villages.
