The ski resort of Hochzeiger has a lot to offer expert skiers and freeriders. The lower section of the Zirbenfall run has a gradient of 80%. Only real experts should attempt this. The Benni Raich-Abfahrt is a difficult black run named after the ski star Benni Raich, who made the resort of Hochzeiger his home and training area. Additional black runs and several ski routes offer a challenge for advanced skiers. Freeriders can book a freeride tour with the Hochzeiger ski school. There are lots of powder slopes above the treeline, in particular at the 8-person Hochzeiger 2.5 chairlift.
