Accommodation in Ischgl and Samnaun spans the full spectrum, from a 5-star superior hotel to private rentals and holiday apartments. In Ischgl, lifts take you up to the ski resort from several locations in the village. The village tunnel with moving carpets provides very easy to access the lifts from most of the hotels. The valley runs split above the village, allowing visitors to ski or snowboard straight to many of the hotels. In the duty-free village of Samnaun, the slope to the lifts goes right through the village and provides very easy access to most of the accommodation. The ski bus is required only for accommodation located slightly away from the centre.
