Beginners can cruise from the Idalp (Ischgl) to the Alp Trida (Samnaun) on easy slopes. They can also find some easy slopes on the Höllkar and at the Velillbahn lift. The Sonnenbahn lift on the Idalp was built especially for beginners. There is also the Viderböden practice area with a covered moving carpet and button lift on the Idalp. On the Alp Trida in Samnaun, there is the Milo practice lift and easy slopes between Alp Trida Sattel, Salaas and Viderjoch/Idjoch. The slopes on the Palinkopf, Piz Val Gronda, Höllspitze, Greitspitze, Visnitz, Grivalea and the valley runs to Ischgl and Samnaun are not suitable for beginners.
