The Jasná ski resort is very popular amongst advanced skiers and freeriders. There are 12 marked Freeride Zones. Some of the slopes here are extremely steep and lead through chutes down to the valley. There are also some challenging slopes. In the upper area on the southern side of the Chopok, there are almost only difficult slopes to be found.
