Access, Parking Katschberg
The ski resort of Katschberg is situated on the border between the Salzburg region and Carinthia. The A10 Tauernautobahn motorway (E55) provides quick and easy access to the ski resort Travelling from the north, you take the St. Michael exit (toll) after the Tauern Tunnel. Travelling from the south on the Tauernautobahn motorway, the Rennweg exit on the Katschberg is toll free. A mountain road (bring your snow chains!) leads up to the Katschberghöhe from Rennweg and St. Michael. The road leading to the entrance point in St. Margarethen from the St. Michael exit of the motorway (toll) is not particularly steep. Car parks are free of charge. There are enough spaces for cars and buses.
