There is a special ski pass offer for kids and teens from 6 to 19 years of age on Saturdays. Kids can have a great time on the “Eagle Line” and “Maisi Park” fun slopes. Other highlights are the Gipfelwelt 3000 and the Maisflitzer alpine roller coaster. On the Langwiedboden, the children's area run by the Skischule Oberschneider ski school offers an ideal environment for children. The gentle terrain makes the ski area of Maiskogel ideal for families. The Familienabfahrt and Schaufelbergabfahrt runs at the MK Maiskogelbahn (gondola lift) are easy and wide. The Maisilift (button lift) at the middle station takes you to a separate beginners’ area.

Gipfelwelt 3000

The Gipfelwelt 3000 is the highest point accessible from a lift in the Province of Salzburg and is located at 3,029 metres. The summit station offers families a high-alpine experience. It is home to Salzburg's highest panoramic viewing platform (Top of Salzburg), the Gipfel Restaurant, Cinema 3000, National Park Gallery and the National Park Gallery platform.

Maisiflitzer alpine roller-coaster

The Maisiflitzer alpine roller-coaster promises passengers an exciting ride down to the valley. Brave souls can travel at speeds of up to 40 kilometres per hour. Integrated jumps and wave sections - there are even 5 loops on the Kapruner Bahn - guarantee thrills and excitement. However, you can also choose to navigate the loops and bridges at a more leisurely pace: you are responsible for controlling your own speed. The ride starts and ends right next to the car park for the MK Maiskogelbahn lift.

Maisi Park

The Maisi Park is located at the Maisilift on the Maiskogel. It offers an ideal introduction for junior freestylers. As well as fun animal characters, it has rails, kickers and wave runs for children.

Children's area run by the Skischule Oberschneider ski school

The children's mascot Bobo can be found on the Langwiedboden at 1,976 metres in the children's area run by the Skischule Oberschneider ski school. While the penguin is not causing mischief, children learn to ski at the ski carousel and tow rope.
