Audi FIS Ski World Cup Kronplatz

This year Kronplatz has again the honor of being the venue for a women's giant slalom: On January 20, 2026, the Ski World Cup on the Erta slope goes into the next round! The world's best female ski racers will show their skills on the challenging Erta and give everything to grab the hard-fought Kronplatz crown. The Erta slope is quite impressive - with a length of 1,325 m, a difference in altitude of 405 m and a maximum gradient of 61%, it demands the utmost skill and a large portion of courage from the participants.

Biathlon Milano Cortina 2026

Exactly 70 years after Cortina and 20 years after Turin, the world's largest winter sports event will once again take place in Italy. The candidature of Milan and Cortina won the bid for the Olympic Winter Games 2026.

Antholz will host the Biathlon competitions. Thus, for the first time in sports history, Olympic medals will be won on South Tyrolean soil.
