A 4 seat fixed-grip chairlift on the glacier

La Traversée 2 person fixed-grip chairlift on the glacier to be replaced by a 4 seat fixed-grip chair. Passengers per hour will go from 1200 to a potential of 2000.

Complete redevelopment of the lower slopes in Plagne Centre

The reorganisation of this zone has been carried out to further modernise the ski area and improve skier experience and comfort. The 4 seat Bécoin chairlift has been replaced by a 6 seat detachable chairlift. The number of passengers per hour increased from 2400 to a potential 3600. The Biolley chairlift and the Z, Cabri and Stade tow lifts have been removed. Regarding the slopes, the areas in front of Plagne Centre and the Jean-Luc Crétier slalom stadium have been remodelled and a beginners’ area has been created as well as a green run going from the top of the Colorado chair.

The slalom stadium timing cabin has been replaced by a new building and pedestrian paths have been created.
