The extensive ski resort of Laax has everything a winter sports enthusiast could wish for, from glacier runs to slopes through forest glades. 70% of the runs are situated at over 2,000 metres, and therefore on treeless slopes and in rocky terrain. Easy and wide slopes lead from Vorab to Plaun. From Crap Sogn Gion, intermediate to difficult slopes lead to Plaun and down to the valley in Laax. An easy valley run leads to Falera. Flims can be accessed via easy and intermediate slopes through the forest. Lavadinas is accessed from Vorab via the difficult Sattelabfahrt slope through an untouched valley. In general, the slopes in the ski resort of Laax are wide and well-groomed. The many freeriding possibilities and difficult slopes make it very popular with expert skiers.
