Thanks to its altitude (up to 3,111 m), the ski resort of Lauchernalp is very snow-reliable. Efficient snow-making capabilities from the Lauchernalp up to the Gandegg assist Mother Nature. Thanks to the altitude of over 3,000 metres, the conditions are still great in spring right up until the end of the season. The valley run to Wiler is only open when snow conditions are favourable.
