new panoramic gondola lift

he new 10-seater gondola lift offers summer & winter operation from the 2024 season with a breathtaking panoramic view. Barrier-free access and year-round connection to public transport available. Skiers, tobogganists, hikers and paragliders can easily reach the mountain with the 10-seater gondola lift. Pushchairs, dogs and bicycles are also welcome, and the cable car makes it easier to use the area in the early and late seasons. The cable car also makes an important contribution to CO2 savings.

Expansion of runs and extension of snow-making capabilities

The runs from the Loserfenster mountain station to the Loser-Jet mountain station (No. 7 and No. 1 on the piste map) have been expanded and redesigned. Snow production equipment has also been installed.

Hiking and tobogganing on the panorama run (Panoramaabfahrt)

The 9 km groomed Panoramastraße offers lots of fun for tobogganers and winter hikers and is also the longest family run (Familienabfahrt) in Austria. Pedestrians without winter sports equipment can take the Loserjet I and DSB II up to the Loser for perfect winter fun. Hagan-Lodge toboggan hire info: 03622/72323

100% snow-making capabilities on the Loser

Thanks to its optimal altitude and the new 100% snow-making capabilities, the Loser will be even more snow-reliable, offering fun on the slopes through until spring. Winter sports fans now have even more space for gliding, carving and turning on newly optimised slopes.

As of the 2014-2015 season, a new red run and a new black run are available in the area near the Sonnleiten lift.

Loserfenster slope widened!

Skiing on the Loserfenster slope will be possible as early as the 2014-2015 season. The slope has also been widened, making it suitable for less experienced skiers as well.

Ski & Spa - combined ticket

For the first time, the two top leisure attractions in the Ausseerland region - the Narzissen Bad Aussee and the Loser family ski resort - can be enjoyed with a single ticket. Four hours of relaxation in the Narzissen Bad and a full day of fun on the slopes at Loser are offered at a discount of 20% (must be used within 48 hours). The Ski & Spa ticket can be purchased from both locations for €42.00 (saving of €13.00 compared with separate purchases) from 6.12.2014 (or resort opening) until 31.3.2015.

Separate *uphill slope for ski tourers*

Once again this year, ski tourers can find a sporty challenge on the Loser with the popular ski tour route (200 m after the overpass, heading uphill). The rather relaxed tour heads up over the tried-and-tested Panoramastrasse ski route. Tip: still at the same reasonable price of €15, the Tourengeher-Ticket (ski tour ticket) takes you directly to the Loserfenster, the starting point for interesting tours through the Totes Gebirge mountain range.
