In Mayrhofen, a wide selection of accommodation can be found directly at the Penkenbahn lift and Ahornbahn lift. The Penkenbahn lift starts directly in the centre of Mayrhofen. As there is no valley run below the Penkenbahn lift, you need to take the Penkenbahn back down to the valley in the evening. If you spend the day on the Ahorn, you can ski back down to the base in Mayrhofen. Some of the accommodation in Finkenberg, Lanersbach, Vorderlanersbach, Stockach and Hochswendberg is located directly at the feeder lifts.
