Schneekarhütte

On the Horberg, Schneekar chairlift mountain station

Cosy restaurant with many returning visitors. All dishes are freshly prepared. The restaurant uses mainly organic ingredients. The Schneekarhütte is known for its regional produce and an exclusive wine selection.

FreiRaum Ahorn

At the mountain station of the Ahornbahn lift

The highlight of the structure is the 56-metre-long, almost free-standing, viewing platform. Diners can enjoy fine food and drinks here accompanied by a beautiful view of the Zillertal Alps. The selection is small, but very good.

Gschösswandhaus

Near the mountain station of the Penkenbahn lift

Thanks to its location above the Gschösswand, the Gschösswandhaus offers a beautiful panoramic view over the Zillertal Valley. It serves down-to-earth but high-quality cuisine with attentive service and a pleasant atmosphere.

Kasermandl

Beside the mountain station of the Penkenbahn combined lift

The Kasermandl, previously a farm from the 16th century, has been lovingly renovated. The rustic hut is now a small museum with lots of folk music memorabilia – a “Hard Rock Cafe” of folk and pop music. Before après-ski starts in the afternoon, it serves culinary specialities, down-to-earth home cooking and international dishes.

Granatalm

At the Penkenjoch at 2,095 metres

The Granatalm treats diners to tasty cuisine made from fresh, local ingredients. There is a table-service area and a self-service section.

Lattenalm

At the base station of the Lattenalm 6-person chairlift (Eggalm)

Rustic and cosy snack station. Probably the most traditional hut in the entire ski resort - down-to-earth and cosy.

Grillhofalm

Directly at the snow park and the 150er Tux cable car

The Grillhofalm offers the best views of the PenkenPark and the freestylers' tricks.
