Slopes/runs Megève/Saint-Gervais
There are slopes of all difficulty levels at Megève. Most of the slopes surrounding Megève lead through forest aisles and over Alm meadows. From Rochebrune down to the Cote 2000, all of the slopes lead through forest aisles. From Mont d´Arbois down towards Megève and Saint Gervais, they also lead through the forest. Further back on the Mont Joux, the slopes are above the treeline and on Mont Joly, they lead across open terrain. Between Mont d´Arbois and Mont Joly, the Mont Blanc is always in view. If you take the slopes from Mont Joly towards Saint Nicolas de Veroce, you can get very close to the Mont Blanc. The slopes between Combloux and La Giettaz are completely above the treeline.
