Access, Parking Meiringen-Hasliberg
The Meiringen-Hasliberg ski resort is accessible from Bern and Luzern/Zurich via the No. 8 Autobahn. At some spots, the A8 is only a two lane interstate road and when coming from Luzern, you must travel over the Bruenig Pass shortly before the turnoff towards Hasliberg and Meiringen. For day guests coming from Luzern/Zurich, the Hasliberg/Twing entry point is recommended and for day guests coming from the direction of Bern, it is recommended to use the Meiringen entry point. It is not possible to access the resort from the south (Wallis) or from the east (Uri) during the winter via the No. 6 or 11 interstate roads because the Susten Pass and Grimsel Pass are both closed in the winter. There is sufficient parking available at the Twing and Meiringen base stations, but there is a fee for parking.
