Access, Parking Patscherkofel – Innsbruck-Igls

The Patscherkofelbahn lift is just 7 kilometres south of the state capital Innsbruck. Since 2017, Innsbruck’s local ski resort has started above Igls at 1,009 metres. The former cable car base station in Igls no longer exists. The resort can be accessed very quickly from either the Inntalautobahn motorway, Innsbruck Mitte exit, or the Brennerautobahn motorway, Patsch exit. A toll applies for the section on the Brennerautobahn. The car parks at the Patscherkofelbahn lift are payable, but the charge is reimbursed when you purchase a ski pass. Parking is therefore free for skiers.
