At the mountain station of the funicular, there are the two self-service restaurants Kristall Glacier Restaurant and Wildspitze Glacier Restaurant. The Kristall Bar Pitz Live on the sun terrace is another good place to visit. The Glacier Restaurant is also home to the highest pastry shop in Tyrol. Austria’s highest café is located in the mountain station of the Wildspitzbahn lift. Café 3.440 also features a suspended terrace and breath-taking mountain views, including the Wildspitze, the highest mountain in Tyrol at 3,770 metres.
At the base station, you can take a break in the Pitztaler Gletscher Mühle.
