The ski resort of Racines-Giovo (Ratschings-Jaufen) offers a very good mixture of beautiful hill farms, rustic ski huts and restaurants. Restaurants are distributed throughout the entire ski resort. You can also stop off for a break at the base station. The ski huts are table service, the large restaurant is self service. The owners focus on local ingredients and recipes, from light to hearty, sweet to savoury.

The Wasserfalleralm has very attractive premises on the upper floor. Diners can enjoy South Tyrolean specialities and high-quality cuisine here. The wine cellar is well stocked.
Ratschingser Stub'n
At the base station in Racines/Ratschings
Diners can enjoy South Tyrolean dishes and international specialities in the rustic and cosy dining rooms. The Kaiserschmarrn pancake dessert is very popular. A good selection of wines adds the finishing touch.
Kalcheralm
At the base station of the Kalcheralm 4-person chairlift
The rustic and cosy ski hut with a sun terrace serves typical South Tyrolean specialities. It is very easy to let the lunch break extend a bit longer in the cosy dining rooms.
Waldhütte

The Waldhütte treats diners to South Tyrolean specialities and has a beautiful sun terrace.
Summit Mountain Club

The freshly prepared chicken at the Saxnerhütte is a real treat, as is the South Tyrolean cuisine.
